We are currently seeking passionate and skilled individuals to fill the following key roles.
1. R&D Engineer (Mechanical)
Department: R&D Department
Job Description:
As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the conceptual design, analysis, and optimization of our next-generation solar tracker systems. You will work on new product development, from initial sketches to detailed CAD models, and collaborate with the Engineering and Technology departments to ensure designs are both innovative and manufacturable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for solar trackers.
- Conduct structural analysis (FEA) to ensure system reliability and durability under various environmental conditions.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to refine designs for mass production.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in solar and mechanical engineering.
Qualifications:
As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the conceptual design, analysis, and optimization of our next-generation solar tracker systems. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA software is a plus.
2. Engineering Manager
Department: Engineering Department
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering department. You will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of R&D designs into high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable products. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from prototyping to mass production
- Oversee the creation of technical documentation, including assembly instructions and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the Procurement department to optimize material sourcing and supplier relationships.
- Ensure all engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
