Development of the Vertical Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System
In May 2021, our independently developed Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System (VSAT) was successfully launched. This product incorporates a breakthrough structural design that effectively overcomes the application limitations of traditional tracking systems in complex terrains and high-latitude regions, addressing a technological gap in the global photovoltaic tracking system market. Its unique vertical single-axis rotation mechanism significantly enhances solar capture efficiency while ensuring installation flexibility and operational convenience, offering a novel solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in photovoltaic power stations.

Application of the Backtracking Algorithm to the Horizontal Single-axis Solar Tracking System
In March 2022, we seamlessly integrated the Backtracking Algorithm into the Horizontal Single-axis Solar Tracking System (HSAT). This technology dynamically adjusts the rotation angle of the tracking system in real-time to precisely mitigate inter-array shading, achieving a 12%-18% increase in daily power generation under complex lighting conditions while reducing shading losses to below 3%. This innovation resolves the layout efficiency bottleneck in high-density photovoltaic power stations and equips traditional tracking systems with “intelligent decision-making” capabilities to adapt to terrain and weather variations. It signifies a transformative shift in photovoltaic tracking technology from mechanical optimization to an “AI + algorithm-driven” approach, delivering a benchmark solution for the intensive design and efficient operation of large-scale photovoltaic power stations worldwide.

Integration of Supercapacitors as Energy Storage for the Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System
In June 2023, we pioneered the integration of supercapacitors into the Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System (VSAT), addressing the industry challenges of high costs, short lifespans, and maintenance difficulties associated with traditional battery-powered solutions. By leveraging the charge-discharge characteristics and ultra-long cycle life of supercapacitors, this technology ensures stable all-weather power supply for the tracking system, reducing overall system maintenance frequency by 16%. It provides a reliable energy management solution for photovoltaic power stations operating in harsh environments, such as high-latitude and extreme cold regions.

Deployment of the Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System for a 2MW Mountainous Photovoltaic Project
In August 2023, a client planned to install a 2MW photovoltaic project in mountainous terrain, where complex topography resulted in prohibitively high site preparation costs. We recommended the Vertical Single-axis Solar Tracking System solution, equipping each tracking unit with 13 pieces of 600W photovoltaic modules. This approach entirely eliminated the impact of slope gradients and complex vegetation on the project, reducing construction costs by 50% and shortening the construction timeline by 40%.

Development of a 'Low-Intervention Adaptive' Horizontal Single-Axis Tracking System for a 40MW Agro-Photovoltaic Project in Namibia
In October 2024, to meet the demands of a 40MW agro-photovoltaic project in Namibia, we developed a “low-intervention adaptive” Horizontal Single-Axis Tracking System (HSAT) tailored for agricultural land scenarios. By optimizing the maximum rotation angle of the photovoltaic modules to ±85°, we reduced the shadow projection area by 20% and decreased the project footprint by 17% compared to traditional solutions. This combination of “lightweight integration + ultra-angle tracking” technologies establishes a replicable, standardized technical framework for the “photovoltaic + agriculture” model in emerging markets.
